What is a Professional Organizer?
A Professional Organizer provides information, products, assistance and systems to help people get organized in their homes and offices. The goal is to guide, encourage and educate clients about basic principles of organizing by offering support, focus and direction (defined by the National Association of Professional Organizers).
The basic steps of the organizing process:
Get to know you: You fill out the very brief online form telling me basics about you, your habits and your goals. The form is here.
Appointment: Set your first appointment online here.
Organize: In our first session, we tackle what you/we have determined as your priority areas. We will sort and purge items, assign homes to keepers, and set up lasting systems.
Next steps: At the end of the session, we will determine how you would like to continue with the process, e.g. setting weekly scheduled appointments, monthly check-ins, or something else that works best for you.
How much time will it take to organize your space?
It is not possible to give a true time estimate until we have worked together. It depends on the size of your space, your goals, and how quickly you can make decisions. We will work productively and efficiently and, believe it or not, maybe actually enjoy it.
What should you do to prepare?
Nothing! You don’t have to hide things or organize before we get there. That’s why we are coming (the organizing part, not the hiding). All you need to do is be prepared to get to work. All Set's promise: we will not judge you.
Do you need to be there?
Absolutely. All Set is not a cleaning service to tidy up your home. We will be there to help you work through decisions and to set up customized manageable systems. Our purpose is to impart organizing wisdom and habits so that you can maintain the order long term.
Do we bring supplies, containers, etc.? We have basic supplies, like a tape measure and label maker. We do not supply containers, furnishings, hangers, files or any other storage supplies. We will determine what supplies you need during the organizing process and you will be responsible for the purchase of them (we can direct you and help you find what you need online), or for an additional fee, can do the shopping for you.
Will we dump stuff for you?
All Set will not be responsible for removal of trash or donations. We will gladly give you referrals, recommendations and assistance.
RATES AND SERVICES
$225 for one organizer
$320 for lead organizer + one assistant
A minimum of 2 hours of services (3 hours for home offices/offices) is required.
$900 for one organizer
$1280 for lead organizer + one assistant
The half day package includes four hours of services. This can all be used for hands-on organizing or can be distributed between organizing and follow-up services.
5 HALF DAY SESSIONS:
$4350 for one organizer
$6200 for lead organizer + one assistant
This is ideal for lots of little spaces or big projects that you know cannot be tackled in one visit.
This includes a one-hour visit followed by a personalized comprehensive plan for organizing. If you book organizing services after this initial consultation, that initial hour will be billed as a regular hourly organizing session.
Tell a friend bonus: All Set offers a free hour of organizing services for each booked referral you make.
Add-on services: Most other services, including online/in person shopping, follow-up notes, small donation drop-off, online consignment management, will be charged at an hourly rate.
Payment is due in advance of each session:
An invoice will be emailed to you when you book your appointment online.
Forms of payment accepted:
Cash, Check, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover
If necessary, the following will be charged in addition to the hourly fee:
Travel: Travel exceeding 10 miles from the 90045 zip code is charged at 50% of hourly rate.
Shopping services: Hourly rates (including travel) apply for All Set to provide shopping services, including both in-store and online. Nothing will be purchased without client’s approval.
Subcontractors: Subcontractor services managed and paid for by All Set are billed by All Set with a 10% surcharge of the subcontractor’s fees.
48 hours notice via phone or e-mail is required for rescheduling appointments.
Cancellations within 48 hours of any scheduled appointment will be billed at 50% of the scheduled total. For clients on packages this will be deducted from the remaining hours.

All Set abides by the high standards of objectivity, confidentiality and professionalism outlined in the NAPO Code of Ethics (see www.napo.net for details).
All Set keeps confidential any personal, business or contact information you provide us online, over the phone or in person. Use of photographs, testimonials or any other private information will only be used with client’s written consent.
